I was disappointed with the condition of our room. The bathroom had a moldy shower that needed urgent attention. Additionally, street noise from the local traffic was quite bothersome at night.

The shower holder was broken, making it a chore to use. The room had low-level windows which resulted in limited natural light, and the beds were hard as rock—definitely not the best for a good night's sleep.

Consider asking about nearby parking options. the garage is only 15€ daily and very secure.

i recently visited verona and stayed at torcolo "residenze del cuore". the location was perfect, only two minutes from the arena, and staff like andrea made me feel right at home. i loved the breakfast on the terrace, and the cozy atmosphere exceeded my expectations!

I had a lovely time staying here! The hotel is just two minutes from the Arena, making it super convenient for exploring Verona. The breakfast on the terrace included various options like cheese, eggs, and fruit. Plus, the staff were truly hospitable, giving us helpful tips for local restaurants and even lending us cushions for the opera. My only gripe would be the small shower space, which felt a bit cramped during use.
